The video of last year's event continues to spread the Christmas message. It has over 11,000 views!

At 12:05 on Saturday, December 18, 2010one of the busiest shopping days of the yeara choir of hundreds reminded mall shoppers what Christmas is truly about: celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ! The "spontaneous" community choir serenaded shoppers with a harmonic praise to God, thanking Him for the gift of His Son.

Around 180 people attended the practices
at First Mennonite Church in Lincoln; they were glorious events on their own! It was wonderful seeing the community come together to glorify God.

The mob event was an overwhelming success. As it said in the front-page newspaper coverage, "It wasn't a particularly well-kept secret, but whatever spontaneity the flash mob that hit Lincoln on Saturday lacked it made up for in sheer scope." This was a true Christmas moment, and we are grateful and humbled by the community support of this endeavor.
Thank you to all who participated!
